How it is calculated

The birthday counts as day 0. For a cycle of period T, the value on day n is sin(2π × n / T), between −100% and +100%. Physical, T = 23. Emotional, T = 28. Intellectual, T = 33.

A critical day is a zero crossing: day 0 of the cycle, and its middle. Physical (11.5 days) and intellectual (16.5) fall between two dates — both are marked. Emotional, exactly 14 days, hits zero on the same weekday as the birth.

The pair accord measures, over the next 31 days, how close each cycle is between two people. 100% if the curves follow each other, 0% if one is at the peak while the other is in the trough. The connection peak looks at physical and emotional together. Shared rest is a day when both overall forms are low.
